I'm a former mechanic, so I'm really picky when others repair my car. When my 2005 Audi allroad developed a nasty front end vibration, I was referred to Masters by a friend. I'm pretty cautious so called three independent shops for quotes. Although Masters gave the highest bid, I was impressed with Keith's knowledge (he's owned 22 Audis!) and creative suggestions on saving money and improving braking performance. As Masters diagnosed the front end problem, it became apparent this was going to be an expensive fix. I gulped and had them start (and decided to do a long-overdue timing belt replacement simultaneously). They completed the repairs on time, communicated clearly as new issues arose, quickly responded with options, and delivered a car that feels like new. The icing on the cake? My electronic seat adjustment broke (in the full forward position ;-) while I was picking up the car. Although it had nothing to do with the work they did, Keith and Phil (Masters' diagnostic wizard) spent almost 2 hours at no charge (!!) working through the problem and getting me back on the road in time for a long-scheduled vacation trip. Can't rate these guys highly enough--Masters European is an amazing shop. If you have an Audi, take it to Keith, Phil, and papa Jim. These guys are da BOMB!
