Cars are complicated and becoming more so. Masters European (family owned & operated) makes a special effort to describe the problem and the best solution to ensure proper repair, relying on a vast trove of experience and knowledge. We left the big dealership-style mechanic years ago and have never looked back!

Always great service. The best. They really know Saabs, and I trust them 100% that they are only doing what is needed for my car, and the labor fee is always surprisingly less than I expect it will be. They are extremely efficient and fair, and really know how to treat their customers. All repairs have lasted well, through 3 of our cars, and I would highly recommend Masters to anyone with a European car, although I think they could probably do wonders with any brand or make of vehicle.

The team is friendly and professional. I called Masters European Auto Repair when my Volvo started making an unusual click and I needed to determine whether it was a serious issue ~ prior to keeping an appointment on the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge. We were on a tight time frame. The team was gracious when I called, asked that I bring in the car immediately, assessed the situation within two hours as worthy of concern but also possible to delay for repair for a few days. I made an appointment to return and drove away feeling re-assured.
