Masters European is the most professional auto shop I've ever used. They tell you exactly what they're doing and why. And they are completely forward about every detail of their business. They tell you where the parts are from and give you good estimates of how long they will last. I trust them.

I have been a customer for over a decade, and Masters is far and away the best garage I have ever taken my cars to. They are professional, honest and trustworthy; in addition to being really nice guys. They have never tried to perform work unless it is absolutely essential to the long term benefit of the car. Their work is significantly better, cheaper and faster than the local Audi or BMW dealership.

Despaired of ever finding anyone in Marin who knew the secret workings of a Saab and here they were right in Mill Valley and in record time diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem very reasonably and the car was ready early. I dealt with Jim, who is delightful and I now declare myself a regular customer (hoping not too regular).
