If I could I would adopt the co-owner of Master's, Keith Terstegge. All the team there is polite, courteous and enormously knowledgeable. I really like the fact that there are never any surprises with the bills. Keith is able to give a very digestible branch tree analysis of what the problems are and how we should prioritize them. The maintenance of my car is always low cost and predictable.

Jim, his son Keith and their highly capable staff have worked on my VW Westfalia, Mini Cooper S and Audi A6 for many years. Apart from fine customer service and a their ability to tackle virtually any mechanical problem, they're often creative about a fix (such as my valky VW shifter mechanism) and produce a solution less expensively than wholesale replacement of more parts than needed. They're also willing to work with relatively obscure suppliers (GoWesty) to install out of production or custom parts...and have always done so with the utmost competence. Highest rating!

Masters European has taken care of my car for more than 10 years. I've been more than pleased with the customer service and repair outcomes every time- no exceptions.
