I have driven Ladas in Poland, Minis across the Sahara and Audis over the Himalaya. In all cases I take my vehicles to the most interesting car repair shop in the world - Masters.

I took my vehicle there and they discovered that a new part was not necessary, that it was only a loose wire. They put it through a battery of tests to assure themselves and me that it was indeed fixed and only charged me for their time. I appreciated that. Honest people who won't take advantage of you.

I really appreciate their diligence! I have had an air conditioning problem for several years. It gets fixed & then after awhile, it won't switch on to COLD. I think they finally found the culprit! Plus they are helpful & thoughtful & explain everything. I say THANKS A LOT !

From the minute I walked into the shop, I could feel the care, honesty and competence of the team. It was a blow to hear how much work my car needed and what it would cost but Jim and Keith walked me through all the details, the options and then gave me time to think about what I wanted to do. They answered all of my questions and gave me an educated guess of the future so I could make a decision that was most cost effective. In the end, my car was done and the bill was outlined in great detail to help me see all the work that was done and parts used. I moved here not too long ago and was hoping to find a place to take my car for care where I could feel trust and comfort knowing it would be done well. I have found it and will never go anywhere else. Although I hope I won't have to be back for quite a long time : ) Thank you!!

I found Masters very helpful and friendly when I recently had my VW Sportswagon serviced. I had read so many positive reviews on Next Door Tam that I decided to give them a try. I dropped my car in the morning, had an estimate within a couple of hours and picked it up later that afternoon. They reviewed exactly what was done and answered any questions I had. It's conveniently located in Mill Valley where I live.
