I brought in an aging minivan that had some troubling symptoms. Another garage had checked it and found nothing wrong, but Keith and his crew ran a much more thorough set of tests, finding a dying starter and what probably was a blown head gasket. Their advice? Don't fix it; it's time to turn the page on this old car. Had they recommended fixing the car, I'd have spent a lot of money - and after that probably would have felt obligated to keep on fixing the car. For his honest opinion, Keith charged me one hour's labor and earned the trust of a new customer. When my other car showed signs of water leakage, Keith's crew did a meticulous job of diagnosing and fixing the problem, then advised me that my insurance might cover some of the resulting damage.
