Jim and his son Keith are both super nice and knowledgeable. I've had great experiences at masters and appreciate having a local mechanic that is so convenient, and also a chance to support local, family-owned businesses. They have resolved a variety of service issues for my CRV and are extremely professional. I think they are a little more expensive than some of the chains, but for reasons above I continue to service my car here. I trust them both and feel my car is in good hands. I appreciate having a mechanic who knows my car (and me!) and the continuity that allows.

These guys are terrific. Very diligent and they solve even the toughest problems as I have found out on several occasions. They charge very fairly for their work and you drive away knowing that the problem has been solved and your car has not been compromised by sloppy work. They have deep knowledge of the cars they work on and I say that as an engineer who knows what it takes to sort out today's complex computer governed automobiles. My experience with them is on Porsche 911 and S Class Mercedes.
