Keith (master owner) and Jesus (master technician and acoustician) resorted to a secret weapon, the stethoscope, to use sound to diagnose a very faint thumping noise, whose elusive cause was a faulty wheel bearing. The issue was driving me crazy and nobody (including Audi) could help for 8 months. Keith + Jesus = problem solved.

Cannot praise Keith, Jim, Mark and the staff enough for the quality work they do and the trust they instill in their clients. I recommend this place fully and without hesitation.

I have both my Mercedes SL 500 and SL55 AMG services at Masters European. They followed MB dealer's procedure,did a good job, and at a reasonable price. Keith explained to me jobs performed by his team and the reason why it has to be done in great detail. Highly professional.

Not only good news with the Audi, but Mark drove me to the hospital! I had a situation come up as I was about to walk home after dropping my car, and Mark not only drove to ER but maintained a helpful and light attitude the whole way through heavy traffic. He went the extra mile(s)... literally My feeling about Mark and the whole shop is they're not just operating with integrity, skill and precision, but with a sense of service that's more 1950s or 5-Star resort than 2017. People who suffer through other shops are missing out big time!

Whenever Master Wayne isn't fighting the Joker, I pop into Masters with the Batmobile to give it a service and a fettling. I must say those chaps are dash nice fellows and know the bonnet from the boot. They get me back on the road before I can finish my gin n tonic. Very light on the povketbook too.
