Keith was superb: knowledgeable, honest, forthright, friendly, and objective. He priced the work he did fairly and I feel like I got my money's worth. Keith took the time to explain to me what he found about my car and was articulate and persuasive in his explanations. I was very impressed by Keith, Mark, and other colleagues at Masters European and Japanese Auto and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. I've been taking our cars to Masters for several years. I was referred to Masters by another shop that did not have the right diagnostic tools for my car. Very friendly and great service at a fair price.

Thanks for doing a thorough work on my Volvo. It's now working well. All the rattling and vibrations were fixed and I can now drive it smoothly. The service was courteous and professional and the pricing reasonable.
