Honest, integrity [highest] are the two words to describe Jim/James and Masters European and Japanese auto. Masters European and Japanese auto found my car wouldn't start due to corroded battery contacts. The two previous shops had me replace the starter and purchase a new battery. Thank you Jim and Masters European and Japanese auto!

I am continuously impressed by the personal and outstanding service received for our Audi Q7. I originally went to Masters on a referral, as our Q7 was experiencing severe water leakage problems, effecting the entire electrical system. It was a major job, but Keith with Masters went above and beyond and had both the insurance company and Audi America involved to correct the issues, saving us an incredible amount of out of pocket expenses. Also there is never a concern on how things are proceeding, as the communication is continuous throughout the entire process. I can't say enough and would recommend Masters European to everyone I know (or don't)!
