Mark is very clear in what he says and doesn't leave room for misunderstandings! I had been undescisive on bring my car to BMW or Masters for financial reasons and i am sure very happy i trusted masters. I left my M3 with with a few hose issues, valve adjustment and fan belt repair; Mark called me back and said that some of the parts were not needed so i saved a lot of money! Where do you find a garage that wants to save its customers money!? They even helped me put in my new suspension which i had bought somewhere else, ( a lot of garages would never do this as they did not purchase the parts) and used the maintenance kit i had left in the Trunk and did not charge me for it. I will always bring my car to Masters for whatever reason. Mat knows these engines and the whole team is awesome. If they can help, they will do so!

As of now, Masters, Kieth, and his team have taken very good care of us. We had complex issues with one car and also an expensive car service with our Mini Cooper. Keith always took time to explain options, took advantage to replace parts that would have gone bad shortly, without added labor. I believe Keith and his team saved us money, time and also saved us from future issues. Having a good mechanic that can save you from future issues as well as save you money is a true asset to have. This multi generation garage is top tier.

They promptly tested my Prius battery and discovered that it was worn out. I could not stay to have it fixed, and did not have time to pay for the diagnosis, and they trusted me to come by when I am able to settle up. That is what old fashioned local businesses used to do. Thank goodness there are still one or two left!

I have a 2006 Audi S4 Convertible. Lots of great miles. Best car ever. I took it to Masters for a check engine light issue. Keith spent a great deal of time with me explaining his approach to these cars of which he is very familiar. His technicians did great work, gave me a detailed description of what was done and we talked in depth about maintaining this car in the future. My confidence level is very high. I only wish I had found them years ago. Highly recommended!
