As always - the service always seems like family. I have been coming to the shop for so many years and have never experienced poor service or communication. I would recommend Masters hands down though I would mention that the prices are higher here in Mill Valley than available elsewhere. I just choose to pay a bit more for the excellent service.

I did not bring my car to Masters but I called to schedule to bring a used car to them I was thinking of purchasing. I live over an hour away and it didn't make sense to bring the car back to my regular guy and someone recommended Masters. I looked them up on Yelp and they had a 4 star rating so I figured they were a safe bet. When I called they were fairly backed up and could not do a pre-purchase inspection for me for a week and offered the name of someone else that they would recommend. As I spoke to Keith more and discussed the car I was thinking about purchasing he told me that the make/model/year car I was thinking about had know problems with the transmission and to seriously reconsider buying it. He then gave me some suggestions of similar vehicles that I should consider in its place. I guess I'll never know if this car I was going to buy will have future problems but honest, knowledgeable advice from someone that had nothing to gain was very much appreciated. If lived in the area I would definitely trust these guys with my car repair needs.Thanks Keith
