Over the years, we've used Masters for a variety of cars, from a GMC Suburban (definitely not European) to a Volkswagen Jetta TDI, and have had great service from Masters. They always are very clear about the work to be performed, are very thorough, and concerned about your satisfaction. Recently, we had some major repairs required to our Jetta, and Keith handled all the claim work with our extended warranty provider. In the end, we got all the work done and fully covered by the warranty.

I phoned Masters to have some work done on our Honda Pilot. They took the car immediately and did exactly what we asked in less than 24 hours. The service could not have been better.

WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND.Incredibly helpful and honest with fair prices. I dealt with Keith, the owners son. He was polite, honest, responsive, and certainly did not encourage me to have extra work done. As a matter of fact they did quite a bit of extra work (hooked up wiper hoses, replaced plugs and replaced a coil, etc...) and did not charge me. I am sold on Masters and will bring my cars there from now on as well as recommend them to my friends.
