Although we had a bit of a communications lag, I am very appreciative that Masters was able to take my towed in CRV and get it fixed by the next day. Keith and Pat were very professional and friendly. I certainly will go again.

They were truly my advocate while engaging the manufacturer to help ensure that I got only the parts necessary (where they were otherwise bundled) to help control costs. They also took a consultative approach to recommending what service be performed (and not performed) and where to prioritize my budget based on my long term goals for this car. This service ended up being more involved than expected and therefore look longer than expected and they were communicative throughout, working with me to meet our mutual deadlines. First rate shop!
