Keith and his team are excellent. Keith always explains everything with great detail. I have been a customer for 15 years and have great trust in Masters.

I brought in my Volkswagen Eurovan which turned out to have a misfiring cylinder. They diagnosed the problem as an ignition wire and fixed it and communicated the issue very clearly to me along the way. Once I got the van back the next day I encountered the same issue so I brought it back. Keith was very empathetic and quickly diagnosed the issue as an additional part of the ignition system. They fixed that within a couple of hours free-of-charge and I was on my way! They also discovered an issue with the rear brakes that required a more thorough fix than just new rotors and pads. I'm very grateful for their thorough evaluation, great communication, and execution of promises made.
