In a world where service and communication seems to be on the decline, Keith exceeded my expectations with real time updates clarifying his findings after running diagnostic. Illustrating the utmost integrity, Keith shared with me an option that did the opposite of benefit his shop, but helped my bottom line as there was a possibility to utilize a concession through BMW corporate. Would highly recommend.
