I took my BMW 535 to a service center to get an electrical problem worked out. They suggested I replace the battery which I did to the tune of $350. Unfortunately that didn't fix the issue. I took it back and they recommended I take the car to the dealership to diagnose the problem. Sonnen told me it would cost $5,000 to fix a wiring harness. It cost me $225 to get that estimate from them. Finally I took the car to Masters where Keith told me the issue was caused by clogged water drains within the body of the car and that it should be covered under insurance. He was right. My insurance picked up the grand majority of the cost and Masters fixed everything good as new. They now have all my BMW business as I trust them to make the right call.
