A good honest shop where you know they took the time to track down the problem and solve it in the best way. Never recommend repairs that aren't necessary but do keep you informed of what might be an issue in the future. Always super friendly and willing to take the time to ensure you understand the work being done!

I rarely take my car in for repair, but when I do, I take it to Master's. It's the world's most interesting repair place. They pour me a Cinzano Bianco when I arrive and sit me down and give me a cigar.
