I read the great reviews which is why I went to them and they didn't disappoint. I took my car in for a check-up. There weren't any glaring issues but i was pretty sure some things needed to be addressed. I'm not a car person so always concerned with getting ripped off, especially without a specific need. Pat and team were fantastic, they diagnosed the car and came back with suggestions about things I should probably address now and others that don't need to be addressed now but something to keep in mind for the future. I felt they were very knowledgeable, transparent, and honest. Very professional operation and I'll continue to go to them in the future and will recommend them to any friends.

Master's is very conscientious in doing their work - digging to finding the root of a problem, AND they go the full mile in backing up their work. They've taken care of me and my classic VW Vanagon very well and particularly recently when she has had a series of complex aging problematic malfunctions develop. I am very grateful.

Always respectful of time and needs the car has, not extra work like dealers want to do. What a privilege to be able to walk home and pick up without driving. They service both our cars and will continue to do so.
