First experience with Masters - who came highly recommended - from the first call through recollecting my car the service was fully five stars. Above and beyond service - they did more than i even brought it in for (at no cost), and regularly communicated about the vehicle through the process. Work was done on time, on budget, and the staff could not have been friendlier.

Masters looked at my 2009 Toyota Prius and noticed several service items that had been overlooked by the Toyota dealer service. I also like their lock-out arrangement, that allows me to leave and pick up the car at hours that are convenient.
