The Masters team does a great job. I've been several times for regular service visits and they will always find the problem necessitating the fix, and will go the extra mile to keep customers informed and figure out the situation. My wife and I now take our cars there for their servicing in a convenient downtown Mill Valley location.

While it's never fun to have a car in the shop, Keith and the team communicated frequently and clearly, and offered excellent guidance on how to navigate the claims process with our insurance adjuster. I finally found a place to take all my cars. Keith is professional, knowledgable and always welcoming. He never suggests work that doesn't need to be done and in fact many times tells me to hold off doing certain things until it really needs it. I found Masters after I had an issue with my 535 that two other shops either couldn't figure out or misdiagnosed (including the Sonnen dealership). Keith correctly diagnosed the problem and helped me through the insurance process. I trust Keith and this business.
