I have brought my car here several times in the past and have always appreciated their professionalism and customer service. But I recently had to come to grips with making a decision about letting my car retire. They were thorough in making sure it was not cost effective, or realistic to get the amount of repairs needed. They let me make that decision and I thank them for being supportive and fair in reporting the bad news. They could of continued to charge me for repairs and diagnostics but they chose to be direct & honest with me, preferring integrity over profit. I thank them and they have a customer for the life with my next car. Thanks

The service is not just reliable but trustworthy and with an older car - and being older- that is very important. It helps me sleep at night.
