I very much appreciate all the support and advice that Keith offers as I make decisions about servicing my car. He is able to project the future costs and help me weigh the pros and cons of keeping my vehicle. Keith is a wonderful guy. He’s caring responsive and wants to help people to the best of his abilities. He Is exceptionally knowledgeable about foreign cars. My experience personally is Audi. He has gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable, cared for and his work is efficient, honest and reasonably priced. He always helps me in anyway he can to address some occasional and chronic problems in my vintage automobile. I would highly recommend him for anyone regarding any European car.

Always so happy with Masters. They never tell me I need things done that don’t need to be done, unlike the Audi dealership, but instead tell me if and when anything needs to be done. They are courteous, friendly, and fair. I will always use them. They have integrity.
