I have been a customer of Masters European for decades. I keep going back because first Jim, when he was running the shop, then Keith who now runs the place have always done a great job, adding that personal touch. They have made what can be frustrations when repairs are needed, a bit less frustrating because I trust that what they are telling me is accurate. I have taken my Audi to Sonnen and compared costs between the two and Sonnen, as you can imagine is sometimes double the double. Masters, while not inexpensive, is reasonable by comparison. Leigh has helped relieve the day-to-day intake and customer service for Masters, allowing customers to get their cars in and out in a timely fashion. I have always appreciated working with Keith and so long as he is around, I know I can trust that my Audi will be taken good care of.
