For the 17 years that I lived in Mill Valley, I trusted two different Audi Allroads to Masters Auto. They are masters! The father-son team of Jim and Keith really know the Allroad. Any question I ever had, they knew the answer; they have incredible experience and knowledge. From the drop-off to the payment process, everything always friction free. Never any surprise 'service fee's' or charges, Keith regularly updating on the repairs or maintenance, checking in before proceeding with anything unforeseen. Because of their experience, they were able to guide me through keeping my cars humming. For example, "This thing should be done every X miles, but it looks fine, we could put it off until your next service." Or, " well, this thing is looking pretty worn, and if it goes then you have this other issue, so we recommend ..." I've moved out of the area. Before leaving, Keith gave me a 17 page inventory of the entire vehicle with maintenance schedule and things I should look out for coming up.
