Masters has always give us excellent service. When the local dealership for our car said that new parts costing about $1500 would be needed, we sought a second opinion and Masters repaired for a minor fraction. They have always been honest and efficient.

Brought my 2014 550i to Masters because of a check engine light and "limited powertrain available" warning. Masters was very prompt to diagnose the issue as a left high pressure fuel pump failure. They let me know this issue is covered under a BMW extended warranty. They could have not told me about the warranty coverage. They went to the time and trouble of speaking with a nearby BMW dealer to confirm the warranty coverage. Their integrity and help is very appreciated. This repair would have cost $2,000.00.

Master's European is in their third decade of servicing my family's vehicles. There's no more competent, fair-priced, ethical and courteous shop in the Bay Area - and I say this as a mechanical engineer who does much of my own work, and requires the utmost in expertise when I engage a mechanic. Look no further.
