My Honda Accord was in need of a thorough checkup (which included an oil change) and I opted to add the Winter Driving Special. The most serious concern that arose while my car was in the shop was that state of the car battery, which I allowed the mechanics to replace with a new battery. The timing of my appointment was fortuitous, in that I didn't need to use my car before it was ready for pickup on Friday. My Honda appears to run better now than when I took it into Masters on Wednesday. I dealt with Leigh at the front counter and he made me feel confident that my repair request would be handled properly.

Our daughter’s car had a mysterious coolant leak and Leigh was wonderful to work with. He was timely and courteous on the phone and in person. While I’d rather not have to service my cars, when I do we’ll return to Master’s.
