They’re keeping my 7-yearold Audi in top shape…my go-to for routine service as well as diagnostics/repairs. They take the time to discuss and explain work needed and actually seem to care that the car runs well. Estimates have been accurate. No surprises!

The ability to trust your car repair person as a Senior Adult Female, is hard to put into words but it has allowed me independence when things go wrong. Living on top Mt. Tam is hard enough but having consistant repair service and also consistant advice on handling an older car, keeps me able to be independent. Thank you for both skill and patience.

Keith, Lee, and the entire Masters team do excellent work, avoid scope creep, and are a pleasure to work with. Prior to the warranty expiration on our Mercedes truck, we used Masters for one-off repairs (starting back when Keith's dad, Jim, was in charge). The first time we had work do to after warranty, we compared quotes from Penske Mercedes and Masters, and the Masters quote was more reasonable, with better service and a faster turnaround time. We have been using Masters for all repair work since. One refreshing difference compared to the Mercedes dealership: Every time they found something, they would tell us to fix it, without a clear assessment of how urgent it was, or if it could wait until a future service. Our car has been to Masters twice in the last year, and each time Keith has identified a couple of issues to track, but reassured us both that snoozing those repairs would not impact the performance of the vehicle, nor lead to a more expensive repair later on. Keith and his team go the extra mile: if we need key fob batteries, we can stop by without an appointment. Keith orders large jugs of our car's particular motor oil for us to keep at home, and when there was a multi-delay to a repair due to a part he had ordered arriving damaged, he worked with the part supplier to cover the cost of a rental car for us for the weekend. We'll be taking our cars to Keith and Masters for a long time!

Masters is a rare find! Fair, honest, informative, what they fix, stays fixed. So fortunate they're here and a bonus to do business with caring, friendly people.

Excellent service.

Marty McFly here. When me and Doc Brown can't fix the flux capacitor on the De Lorean, we obviously only go to Masters to get it fixed.
