WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND.Incredibly helpful and honest with fair prices. I dealt with Keith, the owners son. He was polite, honest, responsive, and certainly did not encourage me to have extra work done. As a matter of fact they did quite a bit of extra work (hooked up wiper hoses, replaced plugs and replaced a coil, etc...) and did not charge me. I am sold on Masters and will bring my cars there from now on as well as recommend them to my friends.

Master's has looked after seven of my cars. All have been more than 7 years old. They have looked after my "high-end" cars (like Merc E320) and they have kept my "clunkers" going (1996 Jeep). So I can make a judgement from a range of perspectives. Master's is such a high quality place. They approach my clunker issues the same as my high-end items. They are always enormously competent, patient, capable and attentive to the car's issues and the my goals. I have not come across such a highly professional organization anywhere else; they're consummate, knowledgeable technicians with a real human touch. And their rates are very standard. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been going to Masters European for several years, and in the past have had my cars repaired at 4 other garages in San Francisco. I have never met such professional, kind, talented and honest people in this area of service. Jim and Keith are really great guys, and I trust them with my car, and I always know they are giving me the best advice, in my best interest. I will never go anywhere else and recommend them without any hesitation.
