After living in Millvalley since 1977, this is my first experience bringing my car here. I’ve been working with another BMW mechanic and I’ve been very happy with his work for many years but he stopped working on cars. I met with Ken at Masters and they did a brake flush on my car. They were very professional pleasant and buttoned up. I will continue to bring my car back and I feel these people are not only nice people, but their prices are fair and they do good work.

Masters always does a thorough and honest service. We started using Masters several years ago, after we got a suspiciously high estimate from the dealer. Masters confirmed that a simple and relatively inexpensive repair would work fine.

My 2007 car has been cared for by Masters European and Japanese auto repair since it came out of warranty. They are efficient, knowledgeable and nice people with whom to work.
